Executive Virtual Assistant




• Diploma or Certificate in Business Admin or similar background
• At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in high-level administration tasks and operations
• Able to assist CEO in any ad hoc/administrative tasks to help increase revenue
• Experience in creating guidelines for processes and procedures

Preferred, but not essential:
• Experience working for high performing consultants or Executives
• Experience in managing and leading a team. Would also suit someone who is ready to move into this role as the next step in their career.
• Some understanding of back-office processes (particularly Accounting and Sourcing)
• LinkedIn Campaign Management (training will be provided for this)

Technical Requirements

• Personal Unit (Laptop) w/ at least 4GB Ram Storage and i3 or i5 (2.3-2.5 GHz) processor
• Reliable ISP (at least 5 Mbps)
• Data Connection – Prepaid Wifi/Mobile
• Working web camera
